Shipping policy - Delivery & returns

Oh My God'z offers free delivery to a Relay Point for any order from Olympus starting from 60 euros, throughout France. If the customer chooses home delivery, the Relay Point delivery fee will be deducted from the home delivery fee.

You are responsible for correctly entering the delivery address; Oh My God'Z is not in any way responsible for packages that have been delivered to an incorrect address (which was provided to Oh My God'Z before shipping). In cases where Oh My God'Z needs additional information regarding a delivery address, you may be asked by Oh My God'Z to provide additional information. A delivery delay may occur if additional information regarding the delivery address is required.

Oh My God'Z will make reasonable efforts to deliver the order within the estimated delivery times to the delivery address. If delivery is delayed, Oh My God'Z cannot be held responsible but will use all necessary means to rectify the situation. If the order cannot be fulfilled (or can only be partially fulfilled), you will be notified as soon as possible after the order is placed. In this case, you have the right to cancel the contract free of charge.

The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with Oh My God'Z until the time of delivery to the delivery address, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

If you receive a product you did not order, you must inform Oh My God'Z as soon as possible (within 24 hours of receiving the order) by email (or via the contact page). You will arrange for the return of the product(s) concerned after receiving instructions from Oh My God'Z regarding the return. Oh My God'Z will cover the costs of said return and will then arrange for the shipment of the correct product, provided that you have followed Oh My God'Z's instructions regarding the return.

If you receive a damaged or incomplete product, you must inform Oh My God'Z customer service as soon as possible (within 24 hours of receiving the order) via the contact page of the website or at contact@ohmygodz.fr. Following this, Oh My God'Z will decide how to handle the ongoing case (see General Terms and Conditions of Sale). In the aforementioned situation(s), you must always inform Oh My God'Z and await instructions from Oh My God'Z customer service. If in these situations you return a product at your own expense without first contacting and awaiting instructions from Oh My God'Z customer service, you cannot claim the costs you incurred from Oh My God'Z (nor hold Oh My God'Z responsible for the return that took place without prior consent from Oh My God'Z). If the order that is being shipped or has been shipped to you by Oh My God'Z disappears or has disappeared, or if you claim that you have not received the order (despite information such as management and tracking data/carrier information indicating otherwise), the carrier's claim procedure will be initiated and the outcome of this procedure will be awaited before any refund or reshipment is processed. You will cooperate fully with the carrier's claim procedure.

If a shipment disappears as a result of a carrier error (and after the carrier's claim procedure is completed), Oh My God'Z will refund you or Oh My God'Z will try to resend the ordered product. If the order has still not been delivered to your delivery address (or to the pickup point) 14 days after the shipping date, you are obligated to inform Oh My God'Z customer service by email within 14 days (meaning: within 28 days after the shipping date).
